Played an early Friday round of golf at Yarra Bend with colleagues Emma, Nic, Chris and Nige. Teed off a 6:30am on a sensational morning. With not many other players out we teed off as a 5 on the backnine. Yarra Bend is in excellent condition, especially for the amount of traffic the course gets. [...]

The 17th hole at Settlers Run, Rob in full swing Returned to Settlers Run Golf & Country Club for another round. The Norman layout, located in Cranbourne, just South of Melbourne is a great layout and this time the weather was much nicer on us. Steve was down from Sydney, so as is customary, we [...]

St Andrews Beach Golf Club was planned as a 36 hole exclusive private course on the Mornington Peninsula. Tom Doak designed two layouts and the first course, Gunnamatta was opened for play a few years ago. Had a chance to play the course early on and it was a fantastic layout. Joined Domenic, Steve and Mick teeing off [...]

Its great to see Barnbougle Dunes, Bridport Tasmania [...]

Rob and I have been playing golf for the coveted ‘Ashes’ trophy for a couple of years now. With the test wins currently shared at 2 wins each (Rob winning Growling Frog and Yarra Bend, myself winning Eynesbury and the recent Settlers Run matches) we have decided to play a full Summer series with a [...]

Y.E. Yang has done what no other golfer has been able to do, defeated Tiger in a Major after Tiger had lead through 54 holes. Tiger had a day to forget, and did not look like the super aggresive final round fist pumping Tiger we are used to. Yang dramatically eagled the 14th and stayed [...]

In Echuca for a work presentation with Nige, and lucky to have a chance for an early morning round at Rich River. Located on the NSW side of the border on the Murray River, just out of Echuca, Rich River has 36 holes. Played the West course last year with Scott. This time Nige and [...]
