Changa without the dreads! Originally uploaded by Doogsta Kaz and Doogs with a de-dreadlocked Chance Bateman. Chance volunteered to have his trademark dreads lopped off this morning at Tjanabi, Fed Square for charity and to raise money for The Rioli Fund for Aboriginal health.
