Tigermania sweeps world

No matter where you look, people worldwide are currently going ga-ga over tigers….. USA: Tiger returns to professional golf

Tiger Woods returns to the PGA tour after knee surgery and eight months off.  In his downtime, he has been working on his short game, other PGA tour players be afraid, be very afraid.  In his first tournament, Tiger will play the Accenture World Matchplay.  Aussie Brendan Jones is the lucky player picked to go toe to toe with Tiger in round one.  Can he do a Nick O’Hern?  Im thinking Tiger will hit the ground running, and poor Brendan will be left battered and bruised.  Next stop Augusta, will Tiger be back, bigger, better?  Time will tell Melbourne: Tiger returns to professional football

The second coming arrived at Richmond in the form of Ben Cousins, and Cuz pulls on the boots for the black and gold this Thursday against Collingwood.  The Tiger faithfull are expecting miracles, parting the waves, raining fishes and premierships.  Can Cousins deliver, or is he a clapped out hazbeen?  Time will tell

Sydney: West Tigers will struggle

Speaking of other Tigers, I dont really follow League, my Melbourne bias shows through and its a vastly inferior game to Australian Rules.  However they say the West Tigers are going to have a pretty average year in 2009 and should finish well out of finals.
