Just played it and the condition was shocking, no way is it 7 or even top 25 lucky to be top 50 to be honest. Yes its a great layout, yes you can tell it once was top 10 but it aint now. at $75 for 18 holes if it was a local course u wouldnt pay $25. It needs alot of money, its hard to get to, old and tired, when u compare it to Paradise Palms or Bonville (both lower in the rankings) it is sadly lacking.
