On Par Blog in 2007

I use the very detailed and very free Google Analytics code on my blog to track visitation. A summary of how the blog went in 2007:
- over 2,700 visits
- 5,800 page views
- 65% of traffic from Search engines (Google basically!)
- There is a slight (very slight) upward trend in visitation
- Bulk of visitors from Australia, but also good visitation from USA and have reached over 50 countries including Norway, Chile and China
- Top keyword “waterford valley golf” – the course review shows well on search engines
- Golf courses and reviews are most popular content, hence will aim to improve this content
So its a very ‘niche’, ‘targetted’, low volume website!

I’m looking forward to seeing your work grow in leaps and bounds in 08.
BTW, wineweek had just under 120,000 videos downloaded in 07, and just over 930,000 page views… we didn’t quiet break the million mark – but we got close! Not bad for our first year!
Hope the family is well and they balls keep coming out of the sweet spot.
