On Par – All about golf in Australia

After playing a good round at the Growling Frog on the Saturday, I joined Jack on the following day for a late afternoon 9 holes at ‘Royal’ Ivanhoe, a short public course near the Yarra River in Melbourne.  My game had been magically transformed from a smooth, accurate swing to an inconsistent mess.  I think I hit one straight shot for the entire 9 holes, the driver lacked distance, irons were being hit fat, pulled and hooked, and the short game still sucked.  I spent the 9 holes trying to fix it, but to no avail.  Damn and blast this game of golf!!!
